Strengthening Families is a program we've been doing for years in Brigantine that uses a parent, youth, and family skills-building curriculum to present 12 terrific lessons. This program is designed to build family strengths, strengthen parenting skills, and prevent future behavior problems or substance abuse.
Families with children ages 6-11 are invited to participate in the program, with childcare available for younger siblings. This program will begin Thursday nights in January 5:30-7:30 including dinner. Before we finalize the starting date we would like to gain interest to assure we have enough participation.
